The hotel was nicely decorated and fairly clean. Great and magnificent location in a quiet neighborhood. - the services were hospitable. - Got wake-up service free of charge.

it had perfect and amazing location close to the old city, good restaurant and the rhone. everything was modern, nevertheless a few employees were not so helpful.

Excellent location for exploring the city - non-tourist area - parking facilities - excellent staff - comfortable bed - we have not had breakfast in the hotel (fabulos pàtisserie just in front of) easy to find (we arrived from Eurexpo)

It would be appreciated to have linens (sheeets) provided as well as duvets

We stayed here for 2 days, had a pleasant experience, the place was clean and had a great location near the Metro.

We loved the hotel. The staff were really helpful location was great and everyone was so friendly. There was a very good cafe across the road so no need to go far when we were tired. We will be back for sure.

Have stayed in the past and appreciated the relative central location. In real Lyon and out of the ' tourist ' heavy traffic yet still easy walking distance to main venues ie Musee des Beau Arts and shops. Found reception staff to be uniformly bright and helpful. Availability of parking a plus for this visitor..

It was important that hotel provides parking space in the underground garage, because parking in Lyon seems to be scarce and expensive.... Also, one can benefit from good location of the hotel-just across the bridge to the very heart of the city....hotel services were ok...no bad comments at all....
